Semi-homemade Pita Pizza
Hello!!! Happy Friday!
Sorry for pulling a short-term disappearing act; I've just been so busy with little things here and there, so for those who missed me - I'm back!!!
This week with my busy little schedule I've come home extremely tired due to lack of sleep and long hours at work, so I haven't been very motivated in the kitchen. I've come home so exhausted that I honestly just wanted to crawl into bed in my scrubs, without eating or bathing. That's pretty disgusting, but that's how tired I have felt.
Quick and simple meals have been on my menu this whole week, so I thought of sharing one with you that I think you'll enjoy.
Semi-homemade Pita Pizza
Ingredients:
1. Pita bread
2. Your favorite tomato/pasta sauce
3. Your favorite cheese. (I used shaved parmesan)
4. Sweet basil leaves
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
1. Spread tomato sauce on the pita bread and then sprinkle the cheese and basil leaves on top.
2. Place the pitas on a large baking sheet in the oven for 8-10 minutes.
3. ENJOY!!!
Like always... I hope you have a fantastic weekend!

Art & Details
On a Saturday Night in Miami, Florida there are all kinds of things to do, but this weekend Coral Gables -Miracle Mile held a destination event of Latin Jazz & Funk, fine art, and food, which was filled with fun activities for everyone in the family.
While strolling along Miracle Mile glancing at all the paintings, sculptures, and jewelry, I spotted such pretty detailed paintings that caught my attention with it's pop of color and black ink details.
I wanted to come home with quite a few paintings, but just one is all I really needed, so I chose this one for my bathroom.
Isn't it gorgeous!!!
I have been looking for some type of picture, painting, or drawing for my bathroom for some time and this print was worth the wait. The colors went beautifully with my bathroom decor and the details was just the perfect unique touch it needed.
To see more of this very talented and creative artist's work, hop on over here and explore!
I hope you find a little something you'll love to hang on your wall.

Something I Found & Love
Mascara is the one product that is constantly changing in my little makeup bag. Although, I've tried and bought many good ones, I find myself always on the hunt for another and better mascara. One that truly makes my lashes appear longer, fuller, and just fabulous.
Now there's a catch, but I wouldn't really call it a catch. It's more like they belong together, like cookies & cream; you can't have one without the other!
This is a super enhancing mascara base that truly does the job and does it amazing! I'm telling you that if you try them both together you will never again buy mascara without this amazing super enhancing mascara base. This lovely base can be used under any of your favorite Lancome mascaras for an extra! extra! boost that can't live without.

Pantone: Color Of The Year
Being that Pantone is the color of the year for 2012 and the fact that I'm totally digging this color, whether it's because its the color of the year or not, I can't get enough of it. Which makes perfect for today's Friday's Fancies.
Oh and before I forget... if you're looking for the perfect Pantone nail polish color, Essie's "Fifth Avenue" is the way to go, since it's a beautiful, fiery, reddish orange tone. If Tangerine Tango is a color you're currently obsessing, hop on over to longdistanceloving to see all the gorgeous and vibrant collaborations.
Hope you lovely Blogettes have a wonderful weekend!

Orange Cream Crush
Lately I've had this crazy obsession with orangie colors in all kinds of shades. I spotted these beauties at the mall and I immediately fell in love. Of course, in a normal situation they would have gone home with me, but I've been extra! extra! good, since quite a few unexpected expenses flew my way.
Aren't they gorgeous!?!

Thrift Shopping!!!
Oh how thrift shopping makes me so happy in the heart, especially when I find great goodies to take home for a bargain and when I say a bargain - that's an understatement!
Vintage Bar Cart for only $20.00
Vintage Liquor Decanter for only $3.00
My new oil & vinegar serving cruet for $2.00 each glass
It's amazing how being in the right place at the right time you can find lovely little treasures at thrift stores that can help bring together any area of your home. Mix and matching the old with the new truly gives character to any space and to top it off the hunt is quite fun!

Dream Vacation
I'm totally loving today's Friday's Fancies, since we were given the idea to create an outfit to wear on our dream vacation. How awesome is that!?! Greece is a place I've been longing to visit and if things go as planned 2013 is looking kinda adventurous for me, my husband and my mom. My mom has been looking forward to plan a vacation with us and we both agreed that Greece is the place to go!
What I'll love to rock in Greece
